The Paleo - Low Carb Box

This box is ideal for couples or families who have a more conscious approach to healthy eating or who have certain food intolerances.

This box contains a variety of fish, meat and vegetarian recipes.

The focus of the recipes is to provide you with a diet with no refined carbohydrates or grains products.

The box contains:

  • A large variety of vegetables
  • Meat and fish, raw and vacuum packed and ready to cook
  • Nuts, seeds and other dry goods such as pulses and lentils
  • New seasonal recipes every week

The box is also great for people with food intolerances because it contains:

  • NO grains

The box contains all the ingredients you need to cook the supplied recipes. You may need to provide some basic pantry items yourself. Below, in the “good to have at home” column, you can see a list of the basic pantry items you will need for the current recipes.

The Recipes are easy and concise to follow.

Because we know how busy life can be, we aim to create recipes that can be prepared in under 45min. Some recipes in the low carb box (especially the recipes for 4 persons) may take up to 60min to cook. This is due to the larger quantity of vegetables and the absence of refined carbs that require less preparation time.
