The Single Box

This box is ideal for singles who enjoy wholesome, healthy and home cooked meals.

In this box you will find:

  • 3 recipes for main meals
  • A variety of snacks to take to work and small quick dishes you can easily make for your lunch box.

The focus of the recipes is to provide you with a balanced diet.

The box contains:

    • A large variety of vegetables
    • Wholemeal wheat and spelt products
    • Dairy products
    • Nuts, seeds and other dry goods
    • New seasonal recipes every week
    • This box exists in a vegetarian and meat/fish version

The box contains all the ingredients you need to cook the supplied recipes. You may need to provide some basic pantry items yourself. Below, in the “good to have at home” column, you can see a list of the basic pantry items you will need for the current recipes.

The Recipes are easy and concise to follow.

Because we know how busy life can be, all meals can be prepared in under 40min and some even in only 25min.

This box is available in a vegetarian version, vegan version and a meat/fish version.
