Summer tarte

Tu veux savourer de lété et pas passer trop de temps dans la cuisine? Alors, reçois maintenant la recette pour notre délicieuse tarte à la pâte feuilletée d'été. C'est une combination de tomates, courgettes jaunes, aubergines et pâte feuilletée. C'est sain et délicieux et fait avec presque pas d'effort.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry1  pcs
  • Mixed tomatoes150  g
  • Eggplant1  pcs
  • Yellow summer squash1  pcs
  • Ricotta1  pcs
  • Pine nuts15  g
  • Basil10  g

Good to have at home

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Garlic cloves

How to do:

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Unpack the puff pastry and transfer to a lined baking tray.
  • Wash and slice the tomatoes, the eggplant and the yellow summer squash. Wash, dry and finely chop the basil. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  • Combine the ricotta with the garlic and season with salt, pepper and some paprika powder. Spread the ricotta onto the puff pastry and top with slices of eggplant and yellow summer squash. Transfer to the oven and bake for approx. 15 minutes until the puff pasty is golden brown.
  • In the meantime, roast the pine nuts in a small pan until golden brown.

Servings

  • Remove the tarte from the oven and top with tomatoes, basil and roasted pine nuts. Cut the tarte into quarters and sprinkle with some freshly ground pepper.
