Ramen noodle bowl with minced beef, black sesame and crunchy veggies

Ingredients

  • A package of Japanese ramen noodles1  pcs
  • Minced beef 480g1  pcs
  • Black sesame seeds20  g
  • Yellow bell pepper2  pcs
  • A bunch of spring onions1  pcs
  • Bush beans300  g

Good to have at home

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Peanut oil
  • Garlic cloves2 pcs
  • Soy sauce6 tbsp.
  • Sweet paprika powder1 tsp.

How to do:

Preparation

  • Clean and cube bell pepper. Clean bush beans and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Clean spring onions and cut them into rings. Peel and finely slice garlic.
  • In a pot, bring a generous amount of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook them for 3-4 min. to your liking. Drain into a colander afterwards and briefly rinse under water.

  • Heat some peanut oil in a large pan. Add garlic, minced beef, a pinch of salt and sweet paprika powder. Stir to combine and fry on medium/high heat to your liking. Set aside on a plate.
  • Wipe out the pan with some kitchen paper. Add another dash of oil to the pan. Add bell pepper and bush beans and sauté for 2-3 min. on medium heat. Add a dash of water and let simmer for 5-6 min.
  • Fold in ramen noodles, spring onions and minced beef. Season to taste with soy sauce.

Serving

  • Add the ramen noodle bowl with minced beef and crunchy veggies to bowls and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Enjoy while hot.
