Fresh salad

Pineapple sliders and pulled beef

  • Heat a generous amount of water in a larger pot. Add the boil-in bag with the pulled beef to the simmering water with the sealing facing up. Heat the pulled beef for 20-25 min. until entirely warm and tender. Open the boil-in bag with a knife and pour the beef into a large soup plate. Pull it into small pieces by using two forks.
  • Meanwhile, cut the pineapple into slices. Therefore, remove the peel and the core. Keep the juice to sweeten your salad if desired. Heat a pan or a grill pan instead. Add the pineapple slices and fry or grill them until well colored. Season with some freshly ground pepper and a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired.

  • Arrange the pineapple sliders on plates and top with pulled beef. Serve with fresh salad on the side.
