Homemade kale chips

  • Kale300  g
  • Hemp seeds20  g

Good to have at home

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil2 tbsp.
  • Sweet paprika powder1 tsp.
  • Garlic cloves1 pcs

How to do:


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Clean kale, discard the stem and pick the leaves into 3-4 cm large pieces.
  • Toss the kale with hemp seeds, olive oil, some salt, 1 pressed garlic clove and sweet paprika powder and transfer the coated kale leaves to a lined baking tray.
  • Spread the leaves out in a single layer and bake them for 10-12 min. in the hot oven.
