Green soy bean fettucine with lemon, spinach and cranberries

This week we share one of our newly discovered products: Green soybean fettucine. This is the solution for all who eat a balanced diet with no grains. The soy bean fettucine are high in fibers and proteins and are a great addition to all vegan and low carb diets!

We have created a great recipe for you with this awesome new beachbody pasta :-) This recipe combines healthy coconut fats with plant based proteins and fibers, furthermore giving you a vitamin boost from the spinach and lemon. And the cooking time is only 15min!

  • Green soy bean fettucine2  pcs
  • Lemon1  pcs
  • Dried cranberries20  g
  • Coconut yoghurt2  pcs
  • A package of baby spinach1  pcs
  • Fennel1  pcs

Good to have at home

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

How to do:

Soybean fettuccine

  • In a large pot, bring water with a pinch of sat to a boil. Add the green soybean fettuccine and cook for 6-8 min. to your liking. Drain afterwards.

Coconut sauce and vegetables

  • Add the coconut yoghurt to a large bowl. Fold in 1-2 tbsp. olive oil and a dash of lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Clean young spinach. Wash and finely slice fennel.


  • In the bowl, combine yoghurt, spinach, cranberries, fennel and soybean fettuccine. Arrange on plates and serve with some freshly ground black pepper.
