Gnocchi bowl with bear's garlic pesto, radishes and chicken

  • A piece of Italian cheese1  pcs

  • Cashew nuts40  g

How to do:


  • Clean and finely slice radishes. Finely shave the Italian cheese.
  • Wash the bear's garlic. Add the bear's garlic and the cashew nuts to your food processor. Add a generous amount of olive oil and pulse to your liking. Add some more oil if desired and season to taste with salt.
  • Heat some olive oil in a large pan and fry the gnocchi on medium heat until golden brown. Transfer them to a large bowl and combine with the homemade bear’s garlic pesto. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Drain the turkey strips and pat them dry with kitchen paper. Heat some olive oil in the pan and fry the turkey strips on medium heat until tender and well browned. Season with salt and pepper afterwards.


  • Top the gnocchi in the bowl with pan-fried turkey strips, radishes and shaved Italian cheese. Place in the middle of the table.
