This week we're having a quick comfort food recipe for you: Naan breads with salmon tartare topping, apple and red onion. #yum
Accordic to etiquette experts it is absolutely OK to eat certain food with your fingers. Naan pizza should definitely belong to that list!
This recipe is easy to prepare and a great 25 minute meal. Deliciously topped with apple slices, dill, hazelnuts, sautéed red onion and salmon tartare this recipe has it all!

Ingredients
- Naan bread1 pcs
- Crème fraiche1 pcs
- A package of Salmon tartare1 pcs
- Red onions1 pcs
- Apples1 pcs
- Dill10 g
- Hazelnuts15 g

How to do:
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan).
- Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Heat some olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion rings on medium heat until softened. Unpack the naan bread and heat it for 5-8 min. in the hot oven. Remove the naan bread from the oven afterwards and leave them to cool down a bit.
- Wash, core and finely slice the apple. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts. Wash, dry and chop the dill. Add the salmon tartare to a nice bowl.
- Spread each naan bread with crème fraîche. Top with apple, red onion, salmon tartare dill and hazelnuts. Sprinkle with some freshly ground black pepper if desired.
