Clean slurping

Family feasts and Christmas parties are inevitable in the end of the year. 

In order to help you getting back on track to the healthy way of life we're having a delicious clean eating recipe on our blog this week. 

The soup contains only a few processed ingredients and delivers healthy antioxidants. It is easy to prepare and convinces kids and grown-ups likewise. 

This delicious green pea and spinach soup with coconut milk and match is part of our January detox boxes.

  • A small package of frozen peas1  pcs
  • A can of coconut milk 2001  pcs
  • Garlic bulb1  pcs
  • A package of baby spinach1  pcs
  • A package of sprouts1  pcs
  • Matcha powder2  g

Good to have at home

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Vegetable broth400 ml
  • Pumpkin seed oil

How to do:


  • Peel and chop 1-2 garlic cloves. Wash the spinach and set some nice leaves aside for the soup topping.
  • Heat 1-2 tbsp. olive oil in a larger pot and sauté the garlic on medium heat until translucent. Add the peas, coconut milk, matcha and vegetable broth. Briefly bring the soup to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium heat, cover with a lid and let simmer for 10 min. Add the spinach afterwards and let wilt. Blend the soup with your handheld blender until silky smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.


  • Add the soup to nice bowls and top with spinach and sprouts. Drizzle with some pumpkin seed oil and enjoy while hot.
