Berry Muffin Ice Popsicles

Let your imagination so wild! Play with ingredients and colour. Have fun creating these healthy and awsome treats with your kids. If they help make them, they will love them even more :-)

Here are some suggetions for ingredients, but essentially you can mix anthing into these ice creams.

Remember to let the kids wear old clothes when eating the popsicles, it kills the fun if you have to wash out the berry stains afterwards!



  • 150 g of your favorite fresh or frozen berries or fruits
  • 1 pot of quark (250 g, 20 %)
  • 2 tbsp. honey, stevia or agave
  • ½ tsp. ground vanilla
  • 25 g organic chocolate (milk choc. for kids, dark choc. for adults), coarsely chopped.
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Aluminum foil
  • Muffin tray, yoghurt plastic cups or your favourite popsicle ice cream molds.


How to do:

  1. Wash the berries and transfer them to a bowl. Add 1 tbsp. sugar and blend them to a smooth purée.
  2. Mix quark with 1 tbsp. sugar and ground vanilla. Gently fold in the berry purée and chopped chocolate.
  3. Rinse a muffin tray or other molds with water and fill in the quark and berry mixture.
  4. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and add a wooden stick in the middle of each muffin.
  5. Transfer to the freezer and wait for 2 hours.
